Orders, unless previously specified, will be shipped via Federal Express (FedEx). FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes, only to a physical street address.
Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air delivery services are avalable at additional costs. Rates are determined by weight and destination. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped by air delivery. Please call (866) 565-9357 for a price quote.
Although we try our best to ship out orders within 10 business days, please allow up to four weeks from the time you place your order for delivery (excluding International)
Alberti Enterprises, Inc. insures all items against damage or theft during transit when shipped via FedEx anywhere in the world. If you have a FedEx account number and would like to have the shipping charges billed directly to your account, please mention during order placement. We are happy to make other arrangements by request, subject to additional service charges.
All sales are final. No returns will be accepted without approval from customer service. All returned items must be returned in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping charges. Items returned in damaged or severely used condition wil not be returned for a refund. There are no returns on customized TableTappers®. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Please contact us for return authorization.
